In particular, it aims to give some basic explanation as to why massage is to be avoided or applied with cautions when certain conditions are present. Indeed, we find this information to be often missing (so the message is limited to “dont do this dont do that”) and with it, opportunities to understand the body systems, the effects of what we do.
